Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist, CT to optimize customers’ imaging programs and workflows. The role involves traveling to customer sites to deliver training and build relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other customer representatives.

You will showcase expertise in cardiac CT and Heartflow products while supporting onboarding and ongoing optimization. Requirements include an associate degree in radiology or related field, 3+ years of cardiac CTA

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT required.
• Teaching and industry experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer lifecycle and optimize the coronary CT program for customer success.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend changes to improve onboarding acceptance rates.
• Ensure customers implement changes to optimize Heartflow products over time.
• Conduct virtual or live training of technologists using various methods and sessions.
• Establish credibility and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in Heartflow systems.
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions about Heartflow analyses.
• Remain up-to-date on CT and workstation tech, training methods, and materials.
• Develop plans to proactively optimize customer performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• This is a remote position with up to 80% travel and periodic on-call responsibilities.
