Job summary

HeartFlow, Inc. is seeking a remote Training Specialist to optimize the coronary CT program, onboard customers, and train technologists across the assigned geography.

You will establish credibility with stakeholders and maintain detailed records to ensure ongoing product effectiveness. The role requires ARRT CT or Radiology board certification, 3 years of cardiac CTA experience, and an associate degree (bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Active ARRT CT certification or Board Certification in Radiology.
• Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the customer lifecycle to optimize the coronary CT program for customer success.
• Identify improvements to boost quality acceptance during onboarding.
• Ensure customers implement changes to optimize HeartFlow products continuously.
• Lead virtual or live training for technologists across assigned geography.
• Build credibility and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain records of contacts, CT volume, engagement, and training in HeartFlow systems.
• Capture customer feedback and discuss HeartFlow analysis across products.
• Stay updated on CT and workstation tech innovations and training materials.
• Develop plans to proactively optimize customer performance.
• Travel up to 80% and be available for periodic on-call responsibilities.
