You will develop, maintain and communicate project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Marketing, and drive risk mitigation to deliver on scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field (± 8 years) Preferred Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline (± 6 years) PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for a subsystem of a large-scale new product development project under the supervision of program management leader.
• Lead key sustaining programs to maintain business supply continuity, such as supplier changes, market-released product component changes, and obsolescence.
• Track and trend component supply for key product development programs and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and key performance metrics.
