Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU). This full-time role leads daily CPCU operations and coordinates staffing, resources, and performance metrics in a high-acuity cardiac setting.

The candidate will integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data to inform decision making, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Active NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply).
• National certification in specialty within 1 year; leadership or clinical focus.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; 2 years in leadership.
• Post-cardiothoracic background preferred.
• On-call: 1x every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU).
• Advocates and allocates resources for safe, high-quality nursing care.
