Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state at time of hire.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 2 years of acute PCCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads nursing operations within the Progressive Cardiac Care inpatient setting.
• Provides direct patient care and mentors staff.
• Partners with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
