Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the unit and coordinate functions in partnership with management.

The CNC monitors nursing care per policy and serves as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications

• RN license/degree from accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Education

RN/license to practice nursing (Graduate of an accredited school of nursing)
