Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate staff education programs for assigned units.
• Coordinate orientation for all new employees within defined clinical practice areas.
• Ensure validation of competency of staff upon employment and ongoing with accurate record keeping.
• Maintain clinical proficiency; direct patient care may be included as needed.
