Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking a Cardiac and Vascular Radiologic Technologist to perform and assist with high-complexity radiographic examinations in interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will operate imaging equipment, position patients, and coordinate with physicians to guide catheterization and related interventions.

Requirements include an RT license in the state, ARRT preferred, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification preferred
• Radiologic Tech (RT) in state of practice required
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Operates diagnostic imaging equipment for cardiovascular studies and interventional procedures.
• Positions and instructs patients; manages patient safety during imaging.
• Monitors physiological data and assists physicians during procedures in the cath lab.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to program standards.
• Supports interventional procedures and uses imaging equipment per protocol.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent education/related experience

Bachelor's Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent

Experience in Cath Lab or Special Procedures
