HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist PRN to join our team. You will assist physicians during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, support patients and families, and operate advanced cath lab equipment to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You will monitor patient responses, maintain a sterile environment, and collaborate with a skilled team to improve cardiovascular outcomes while balancing work and life.

Formación

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of employment.
• ARRT-R Radiography or RCIS certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a sterile, safe environment and advocate for every patient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
