Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech for 13-26 week full-time pool assignments across our Cardiovascular Interventional Services Team. The role requires scrubbing for cardiac procedures, monitoring patients with a Hemodynamic system, and being on call for emergencies.

Location varies across the BayCare network. Minimum qualifications include ARRT certification with radiology training, 1 year Cath Lab or related experience, and active BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Active BLS & ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR
• Associates in Radiology with ARRT OR
• RCIS/RCES credentials optional with 2 years experience in Cath Lab (in lieu of education)

Responsibilities

• Scrub in for Cardiac Cath and Pacemaker implants
• Monitor patient using Hemodynamic System and document procedure
• On call for emergent procedures
• Support staffing needs of the unit during 13-week assignments
