Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech in Safety Harbor, FL to join the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team. You will assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures and function independently with minimal supervision.

Required ARRT or RRT with NBRC credentials, BLS and ACLS, and 1 year Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology/Electrophysiology experience or equivalent education path. Full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab

BayCare is looking for its newest Cardiac Cath Lab Tech in Safety Harbor, FL.The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently function during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.

Licensure & Certification:

• AART or RRT and Active NBRC credential for RRT is required
• BLSand ACLS is required

Education:

• Required Technical or Associates in Radiology + ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Associates in Respiratory+ RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Graduate of CVT Program and No Experience OR 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education OR RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education

Experience:

• Required experience is 1 year - Related Field; Or - 3 years - Related experience in lieu of Technical Training/Program

Location: Mease Countryside

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 10

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
