Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Special Procedure Technologist for the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will scrub or assist in procedures including coronary interventions, device implants, EP, and TAVR support, under physician guidance.

Requires ARRT Radiologic Technology certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable, and radiology program credential. 4 10-hour shifts, on-call nights/weekends; sign-on bonus starting at $10K.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or <2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology per state law.
• State licensure/certification as required by regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed radiographic procedures with policy adherence.
• Educates patients/families about procedures and treatment as needed.
• Maintains equipment and images for timely interpretation.
• Ensures radiation safety and documentation in patient care.
