Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne is seeking a registered nurse for day shift full-time openings at Fort Wayne Hospital. The RN will provide evidence-based care across the care continuum, coordinate patient plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Requirements include an Indiana RN license (or NLC), BLS, and a desire to work in a fast-paced Cath Lab/procedural setting. ASN required, BSN preferred, with possible relocation incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Cath Lab or Procedural Nursing unit experience preferred.
• ASN required; BSN preferred; nationally accredited program.
• Exceptions possible with 2+ years acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans of care.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, and mentoring within the unit.

Skills

BLS certification

Cath Lab experience

Acute care experience acceptable
