Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory in South Carolina. You will prepare patients, assist physicians during catheterization and pacemaker procedures, and monitor recovery ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ADN with BSN preferred and SC RN licensure. BLS within 30 days and ACLS preferred; emphasis on teamwork and patient education throughout peri-procedural care.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred; MSN optional.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in SC.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for catheterization, angioplasty and pacemaker implantations.
• Assist physician in catheterization and related procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide post-procedure care.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care at discharge.
