Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, TX, seeks a Radiology Technologist specialized in Cardiac Cath Lab support. You will perform scrub duties, assist physicians, and operate radiographic and monitoring equipment to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARRT certification, Texas license, and BLS/ACLS credentials, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification to practice radiologic technology.
• Current Texas license to operate in Texas.
• BLS certification required on hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS completion within 3 months after hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assists cardiologists/electrophysiologists as scrub assistant, including catheter insertion and manipulation.
• Operate physiological monitoring and imaging equipment.
• Perform radiographic procedures including contrast administration per policy.
• Maintain inventory.
• Participate in performance improvement.
• Transport patients.
