Baptist Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab and Outpatient Cardiology Services. This role leads staff, oversees programs and budgets, and ensures equipment reliability and policy compliance within a hospital setting.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards in cardiology services.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in nursing with Indiana RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience.
• Minimum one year charge nurse or supervisory experience.
• BLS and ACLS will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise all aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab and outpatient cardiology services.
• Develop and oversee programs, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Ensure equipment functionality and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Implement hospital policies and standards within the department.
• Foster quality care and positive relationships with staff, patients, and administration.
