Job summary

Cedarhillregional is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology in Washington, DC. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a DC RN License, BSN preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including generous paid time off and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• DC RN License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care, emergency department, Cath Lab, IR, or procedural nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
• Assist physicians during procedures such as angiograms and angioplasty.
• Provide post-procedure recovery care, including monitoring for complications.

Proficiency in placing peripheral intravenous catheters (PIVs)
