Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five years from date of hire
• Advanced nursing degree preferred
• Current RN license in Washington or multi-state license endorsement
• BLS Certification required; ACLS or related certifications as required by unit/department
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diversity

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
