Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years.
• RN license in Washington or multi-state endorsement.
• Current BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care across diverse backgrounds.
