Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience and a BSN, with MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Cath/EP Lab experience preferred.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for the daily operations of assigned department(s).
• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure continuity of care.
• Recruitment and retention of staff; adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support ongoing education of staff and ensure clinical competency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; fiscal responsibility of unit/department.
• Coordinate with the AVP of Nursing Operations to meet administrative and patient care guidelines.
• Facilitate a healthy work environment and professional growth for staff.
• Maintain patient data and medical records in a confidential manner.
