Qualifications

• 5-7 years proven leadership experience in Cath Lab clinical and administrative functions.
• MSN required and 5+ years clinical experience with 2-3 years in Cath Lab management in a director/manager role.
• Preference for candidates with history of partnering with physicians to grow Cath Lab programs.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24-hour management of designated Cath Lab units ensuring facility meets established standard of care.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, staff, hospital administration, patients, and vendors to support program growth.
• Lead business development, expansion, and building new Cath Lab programs.
