Responsibilities

• Oversee a department comprising six Cath/EP labs, including a hybrid lab and multiple dedicated labs.
• Stabilize schedules to maximize lab utilization and productivity, manage billing and statistics.
• Partner with physicians, ensure staffing for all rooms, and oversee EPIC, PO, charting, and prior authorizations.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, drive efficient operations, and support staff engagement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Integrity Team and leadership across the Harrington Heart and Vascular Institute.
