Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the supervision of the Staff Nurse, including assisting with ADLs and specimen collection.
• Transports patients (unmonitored) and prepares patients for procedures.
• Collects vital signs and performs unit-specific procedures.
• Maintains documentation and medical records; supports infection control and patient-focused care.
