Providence Medical Group Montana is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Cardiology Clinic and Outreach sites, Device Clinic, and related teams. You will oversee clinical care, staff development, and operational workflows to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes patient-focused, evidence-based practice, driving patient and employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance across clinical areas at St. Patrick Hospital and affiliated clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Within 30 days: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of nursing experience in the unit specialty (Cardiac/ICU/Neuro/Ortho/Med-Surg/Peds).
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year understanding of quality outcome measures and ability to apply indicators to bedside practice.

• Manage clinical and operational aspects of the patient care area.
• Oversee staff supervision, workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure clinical outcomes and customer and employee satisfaction meet targets.
