Job summary

Qualifications

Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
ACLS is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practices and standards of care.
Communicate with patients, families and health care team about status and plans.
Administer medications using barcode scanning and documentation tools.
Document patient assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations electronically.
Provide patient and family education to optimize health and disease management.
Discharge patients ensuring safe transition and continuum of care.
