Job summary

The ScottCare Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, specializes in cardiac rehabilitation telemetry and device management. The Clinical Applications Specialist will lead on-site installations, train clinical staff, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system usage and patient care across multiple states.

Travel is extensive (75-80%), with coverage across OH, WV, PA, KY, IN, MI, MN, IL and WI. A biomedical/technical background and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence and competence in product use.
• Offer remote and on-site technical support, addressing equipment or operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams to support complex installs and upgrades.
