Job summary

The ScottCare Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist for the Mid-Western Territory (OH, WV, PA, KY, IN, MI, MN, IL, WI). The role focuses on on-site installations, clinical training, and high-quality customer support across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).
• Proven track record of clinical support or sales success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence and competence in product use.
• Pre-Staging, configuring, and validating products for installations and ensuring clinical readiness in live environments.
• Partnering with hospital IT teams to coordinate and ensure network and clinical readiness for product installation.
• Offer remote and in-person technical support, addressing equipment or operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams to support complex installs and upgrades.
• Document and elevate complaints in compliance with FDA regulatory guidelines.
