Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence and competence.
• Perform basic system repairs and provide remote and on-site post-installation support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams to support complex installs and upgrades.
