AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cardiac Ablation Specialist to advance field sales through clinical expertise and education in Cardiac Surgery and EP environments. You will support procedures, train staff, and collaborate with Sales and Professional Education to drive adoption and outcomes.

The role requires travel 75-80% and a technical or scientific degree, with a focus on delivering high-quality clinical support in diverse care settings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a surgical or lab environment preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and procedural support across ORs, EP labs, and cath labs.
• Lead educational efforts for physicians, surgeons, and OR staff with hands-on training.
• Provide intraoperative assistance to ensure optimal device utilization and outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders to advance clinical adoption and market development.
• Document case activity and clinical insights for continuous improvements.
