IBC Bank is seeking a Switchware Card Administrator to monitor Switchware/Informix/AIX environments and OnDot Card Control system, building strong relationships with CSFi, Jack Henry, NCR, Visa, and OnDot. You will support upgrades, test changes, and document results per Change Management policy.

The role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and solid communication. You will help create reports and SQL scripts for issue investigation and system improvement, with after-hours support

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT with 2 years in financial industry or 4 years Card Service experience.
• Ability to write basic SQL scripts when required by the business
• Knowledge of Informix 4GL and Informix SQL environments
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management procedures

Mansioni

• Monitor the IBC electronic funds transfer systems and their related components.
• Provide subject matter expertise for transaction processing questions related to POS, ATM-initiated transactions and OnDot Card Control.
• Plan, provision, and execute updates and upgrades to Switchware/Informix/AIX and OnDot environments in coordination with other groups.
• Assist in troubleshooting card-related issues reported by Card Services.
• Assist in gathering requirements, developing, testing, and implementing SQL scripts to satisfy requests or improve reliability.
• Assist in administration of the Informix database server environment with vendor coordination.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise mitigation solutions.
• Help maintain the quality of the IBC Debit/ATM card systems.
• Support after-hours outages or updates as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, management, and other IT groups.
