Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Strategy & Analytics, Card Associate to shape strategy, performance, and growth of our card business. You will use data to answer critical questions, optimize performance, and drive data-backed decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

This role suits someone from investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a highly analytical fintech environment, applying quantitative skills to a fast-moving startup building a modern card product.

Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in finance, strategy, or analytics roles.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; capable of solving complex business problems with data.
Experience building financial models and forecasting analyses.
Understanding of unit economics and core KPIs in fintech or card programs.

Responsibilities

Analyze card performance, customer behavior, and transactional data to identify growth opportunities.
Design and measure A/B tests across product changes and campaigns to quantify impact.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks using Sigma, Retool, and BI tools to improve visibility into key metrics.
Develop and track core card KPIs: activation, spend, retention, interchange, rewards utilization, and LTV.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to translate questions into analyses.
