We're looking for:

A Strategy & Analytics, Card Associate who will help shape the strategy, performance, and growth of Nitra’s card business. You will use data to answer critical business questions, optimize card performance, evaluate experiments, and drive data‑backed decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone from investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, consulting, or a highly analytical fintech environment who wants to apply strong quantitative skills to a fast‑moving startup building a modern card product.

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $90k - $140k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
