You will maintain case documentation, identify process improvements, and collaborate across Card Services to support regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year in banking, financial services, card operations, fraud, or disputes preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook required.
• Experience with card processing, dispute management, or fraud monitoring preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support card inquiries and operational questions with guidance and timely assistance.
• Process debit and ATM card disputes per Regulation E and Visa rules, including review and final resolution notices.
• Monitor disputes processed by service providers for timely, compliant handling and track recovery activity.
• Support credit card fraud and dispute activity, including case review and documentation retention.
• Review fraud alerts and CAMS activity and coordinate actions against emerging threats.
