Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with card inquiries and operational guidance.
• Process debit and ATM card disputes per Regulation E and Visa rules.
• Monitor disputes and track recovery and loss activity.
• Support fraud and dispute activity with case reviews and documentation.
• Review fraud alerts and CAMS activity; take appropriate action.
• Perform and support daily card servicing operations.
• Maintain organized case documentation.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements.
