Qualifications

• At least one year of banking, financial services, card operations, fraud, disputes, or a closely related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook is required; card-processing or dispute management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support card inquiries and operational questions with guidance and timely assistance to ensure resolution and follow-through.
• Process debit and ATM card disputes per Regulation E and Visa rules, including review, provisional credits, and final notices.
• Monitor disputes processed by service providers for timeliness, accuracy, and compliance; track recovery and loss activity.
• Support credit card fraud and dispute activity, including case review and recoveries.
• Review fraud alerts and CAMS activity; assess risk and coordinate action.
• Perform and support daily card servicing operations such as card maintenance, payments, closures, reissues, and servicing exceptions.
• Review daily card reports and gather data to support operations and reporting.
• Maintain complete case documentation for customer communication, audits, and reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for service, compliance, and efficiency.
