Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead change control efforts across processes with proper documentation.
• Facilitate risk assessment for new or changing intents across Card areas.
• Provide risk consulting to business lines and guidance as required.
• Develop management reporting based on risk assessments.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enable enterprise collaboration.
• Ensure process frameworks meet enterprise standards.
• Coordinate meetings and facilitate cross‑functional sessions.
• Partner with data analysts to improve risk monitoring and reporting.
• Synthesize data to deliver insights to the Card business.
• Monitor systems for data quality and consistency.
• Provide training to stakeholders as needed.
