Job summary

Bullion International Group (B.I.G.) in Oklahoma City is hiring a Card Programs & Partnerships Manager to drive growth for the Bullion and OneGold Card portfolios. You will own growth strategy, analytics, and external partnerships, partnering with Shared Service Marketing to scale this fintech product line.

You will leverage AI to accelerate analysis, build dashboards, and monitor portfolio health, while coordinating with product, finance, and marketing teams to expand offerings and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth/marketing, analytics, and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI ownership.
• Experience with card programs, fintech or payments is a plus.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and priorities for Bullion Card, OneGold Card, and partnerships; drive acquisition and engagement.
• Build and maintain card portfolio KPIs and dashboards; model unit economics.
• Lead relationships with issuers, networks, and partners; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support new feature launches and pricing decisions with data-backed insights.
