Bullion International Group (B.I.G.) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate teams, manage timelines, budgets and risks while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

The right candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience, familiarity with PM software (Jira), and a track record across full project lifecycles. This role offers a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with PM software (Jira preferred).
• Experience managing multiple projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with post-merger integration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on time and on budget while communicating timelines to stakeholders.
• Lead projects from requirements through deployment with risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Analyze status and revise scope/schedule/budget as needed to meet requirements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report project status to management.
