Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for card program performance.
• Conduct data analysis and root-cause analysis for product and system updates.
• Document test scenarios and scripts; schedule testing for system enhancements and releases.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and coordinate with IT/vendors to fix discrepancies.
• Monitor data feeds from processors, networks, and internal systems for integrity.
• Prepare management presentations and summaries based on analyses.
