Job summary

Barksdale Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Analyst in Bossier City, LA. The role focuses on managing card operations, posting and balancing transactions, and delivering exceptional member service.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of card processing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This full-time position supports a broad range of member and vendor inquiries.

Summary:

The role also involves completing related clerical tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: Performing card transaction processing and balancing.
