Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality assurance or user acceptance testing with hands-on test execution.
• Experience designing and executing functional and regression tests.
• Experience with bug/defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM/QC).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support testing lead in planning and executing application testing across programs.
• Review requirements to define test scope and effort for initiatives.
• Create and execute functional and regression test cases and scripts.
• Document defects with steps and evidence; participate in triage discussions.
• Track test progress, defects, and risks; report to stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate testing activities with product owners and developers.
• Identify dependencies and contribute to improved testing efficiency; support automation opportunities.
