Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Card Installments to help drive product development and optimization through user research, metrics analysis, and collaboration across a leading financial services organization.

In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, translate research into actionable features, and contribute to the strategic product roadmap while advancing customer value and business impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery
• Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Collect and synthesize user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Identify potential product features that deliver measurable value to customers
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
