Job summary

Penn United Technologies is seeking full-time ISO Press Technicians for our Carbide facility in Saxonburg, PA. The role rotates between daylight and midnight shifts and involves operating ISO Press machinery and related material handling.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong math/mechanical skills, and a focus on accuracy and safety. You will join a team in a manufacturing environment that values growth, contributions, and employee ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and mechanical abilities.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams.
• Experience with blueprint reading a plus.
• Familiarity with carbide manufacturing a plus.
• Must rotate between daylight and midnight shifts.
• Able to lift 65+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan and prepare work.
• Sort jobs by due dates and complexity of tasks.
• Pull designated carbide powders.
• Fill press bags.
• Load and unload press.
• Separate powder and billets by grade.
• Prepare, maintain and operate ISO Press machine, operate crane.
• Perform general clean-up of work area.
