Job summary

FlyExclusive seeks a Caravan Seaplane Captain (PIC) based at Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport, Miami-Dade County, FL. You will transport maintenance parts, supplies and technicians to worksites and perform all trip duties with priority on safety, precision, and compliance.

The role requires FAA First Class Medical, Commercial SEL with Instrument Rating, IFR currency, 1,200 hours total with 500 PIC and 100 night, plus 100 seaplane hours. On-call with travel and per diem provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Safe and efficient flight operations for all trip assignments.
  • Coordinate deliveries and lead in-flight duties.
  • Greet passengers, assist with seating and luggage handling.
  • Review customer service items during deliveries (parts, refueling, customs, vendor comms).
  • Conduct passenger briefings when required.
  • Maintain current medical certificate and comply with FARs and SOPs.
  • Update flight/duty records and report maintenance discrepancies.
  • Participate in safety and quality processes and report hazards.

This position will be located at the home base Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (TMB), Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S. You must reside within one hour from this home base.Job SummaryThe Caravan Seaplane Captain (PIC) plays a vital role in supporting company operations by transporting maintenance parts, supplies, and technicians to various worksites. This position is responsible for executing all assigned flight duties while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft.
