Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move for the full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers with upsell opportunities.
• Explain benefits of Unlimited Wash Club and present monthly packages.
• Greet customers and create 1st impressions that set expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality checks during the shift.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process transactions.
• Learn the wash process and assist with related duties as needed.
