Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member for Clean Express Auto Wash in Parma, OH. You will deliver friendly customer service, educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club, and upsell packages while guiding guests through the wash process.

This full-time position starts at $15.00 per hour, with training and opportunities to advance to leadership roles across our network of locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present monthly unlimited wash packages.
• Upsell products and memberships to customers.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions; ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Operate basic POS and retail equipment.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
