As part of Clean Express Auto Wash, you’ll greet customers, upsell products, handle POS tasks, and help maintain safety and quality checks. We support training, recognition, and value every team member’s contribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or currently enrolled.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with first impressions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through post-wash interactions.
• Operate basic POS and retail equipment.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
