Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment; outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Upsell products and memberships to existing customers.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process payments; maintain QA checks.
• Educate customers on benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and membership pitches.
