Express Wash Concepts is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly customer service and upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages. You’ll engage customers, explain benefits, and help drive recurring memberships while supporting daily operations and quality control on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers before/after wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality checks and safety compliance.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch memberships to new customers during interactions.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
