Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a motivated Team Member to deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily operations at our Waterville location. You’ll handle guest inquiries, assist with sales initiatives and memberships, keep the site clean and safe, and help move vehicles efficiently to minimize wait times.

Qualifications

• Age must be at least 16.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support: Recite standard greetings using an on-site tablet and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
• Site Maintenance: Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Workflow Optimization: Help optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Operational Support: Perform housekeeping and monitor inventory to assist restocking chemicals and supplies.
